Magoo turns SIX!

Our drive home was gonna be on Magoo's actual birth DAY, so after a long discussion about how he wanted to celebrate his birthday, he opted for a Chuck E. Cheese party while we were in Utah.

Gram and Pap-Pap (my in-laws) were in town visiting us (they were en route, driving to Seattle, so the timing was great).  They gave him a big, plush Happy Birthday hat... that he LOVED and kept on his head the entire 4 hours we were there.

Magoo made some friends at the summer camps he attended while we were in PC, and one friend just so happens to be from Phoenix!  So, he came with us....

An extra special surprise was that his favorite sitter, who is currently enrolled at BYU, showed up too!

Sweet Pea loves her too... we all love her..  She is great with the boys.

Magoo had daddy help him with the Wheel of Fortune game (this is Beaver Boy's favorite game in Vegas), and they hit the jackpot!  500 tickets!!!  Magoo thought that was the coolest thing ever.. (so did daddy, being that he can never hit it when he is in Vegas)..

I have been to Chuck E. Cheese one time before, but never for a birthday party.  This place was the best...   This birthday kid really did felt like a STAR.. they gave a balloon bouquet, a CEC lunch box filled with 100 tickets, 20 tokens per kid.. and the 11.95 per kid included all this plus 2 pieces of pizza and drinks, all the paper products. (the cake was $10..and it was really good!!!)....  we were very pleased with it all, not to mention the child check at the door. Magoo loved this birthday party..  and it involved minimal work from me....  so I got to enjoy it as well.

Happy Birthday!!!!

Paint boy's favorite part is that Chuck E Cheese sells BEER In GA! Kid's B'day with beer make it more tolerable. We have had 3 parties there. Worth the cost, no effort!
