As you may know, Park City was home of the 2002 Winter Olympics. So needless to say, they have an Olympic Park.. which is where the ski jumping events took place. As a visitor, now, you can tour the Winter Olympic Museum, where they display lots of memorabilia, including the actual medals.. AND, they have a bunch of summer-fun activities.. like a 50 mph zipline, an alpine slide and a bobsled ride. It is all...very, very cool. Local residents attend various camps there, learning how to ski jump, do the bobsled and ride the luge.
In the main lobby, they have an actual bobsled you can sit in... here is Beaver Boy's cousin in it with the boys.
Just the boys... it really is a deep compartment.. they are struggling to keep their heads above the ...'visual line'.. ???
BB and his cousin did the zipline ride. This picture doesnt show it very well, but it is a really fast ride. BB is in the back, holding the video camera... it was a pretty bumpy taping.
BB took Magoo down the alpine slide.. and I took Sweet Pea down.. it was a lot of fun!
